I get what you're saying but it's obviously not a coincidence that every single time they release positive PR to pump the stock up they do an offering the same day. This day was actually somewhat different because they did it at noon. Normally they're shady and do it at close, or right before close.
They're clearly just screwing over retail while the institutional investors are lining their pockets
