I get it .... I just think at this juncture what they are doing might be a necessity to get things squared up on the balance sheet etc.

Why do I believe this to be true?

Because previously they were relatively non-dilutive with less than 20 million shares outstanding prior to the first trench of shares they sold at .53 cents before the R/Split.

Soooooo,they are not known for pumping and dumping shares into the market previously ... something is different and I think it is MGMT. trying to fix everything now that needs fixing so they can get on with the business of running the company smoother and getting a few monkeys off their backs.

We'll see ... interesting stock for sure.
