Not really these are Trillion Dollar companies and can easily be worth $250 pps. Look at Amazon, they dont make as much money as Fannie and Freddie and yet their stock trades at $808 pps with a market capitalization of $384 Billion.

Once we are free again as real blue chip companies, Fannie and Freddie control 99% of all the 30 year mortgages, there is no replacement this is a trillion dollar business. I can easily see our shares worth north $250 pps. I am betting on $100 pps based on resolutions with congress not based on what Fannie and Freddie shares are worth.

You guys dont understand, Fannie and Freddie shares are worth their weight in diamonds. $3.70 is laughable, If I had tons of money liaing around I would load up the truck. I just spent $50,000 last Friday buying 6343 shares of FNMAS. I mean what I say and say what I mean.

If congress has their way, they will keep our shares worthless for the foreseeable future, those bandits.
One thing most people are forgetting, Fannie and Freddie cannot continue having their profits stolen each quarter. Mel Watt said if this is not stopped/remedied and they are not recapitalized Fannie and Freddie will go bankrupt and all the shareholders will be wiped out by 2018. Thats a little over 1 year from now. Congress does not care if they wipe out Fannie and Freddie until it happens and then they will have an emergency meeting to find out what went wrong and the finger will be pointing at them for gross abuse and negligence. Fannie and Freddie cannot continue with the NMS stealing Fannie's and Freddie's profits.

I think it will more likely be somewhere in the middle of those two polar opposites.

I think we could achieve a value of 100 dollars or so over the next 20 years, but in the next year to two years or so we will either see $0 or $40 or somewhere in between.

"lucky to get to 10.00" though isn't likely. If we get to 10.00, it won't take much to take it to 20.00. But we first need to get there.
