You're right, I'm not guessing when I observe that Dimension is seeking to clarify, amend, or appeal the judgment against Tmmi. I'm observing it. I don't see any application concerning the dismissals of the other counterclaims including those against the personal defendants.

I am though guessing when I guess that the reason Dimension is seeking to amend, clarify, or appeal the judgment awarded is that they aren't happy with it. But this seems like a sensible guess.

I'm also guessing that Dimension hasn't fully paid its lawyers, but that's based on nothing more than a feeling.

Did the judge tell you she "regrets her outrageously wrong decisions?" LoL
I'm "guessing" no, which would mean it's just an OPINION and certainly not fact or entered into the legal record.

Anyone can have a different OPINION than the facts that were litigated in a court of law.
Doesn't mean those opinions have any merit vs. what decisions and verdicts were handed down to both TMM and Dimension.

If the judge was so wrong, where is the appeal? lol
