They have filled a notice of appeal.

So --- there must be something about the verdict that Dimension wishes to change. But what?

We keep hearing that the verdict convicted Tmmi of software theft and fraud, and will result either in mega millions of damages or insolvency and a takeover by Dimension. I don't read the verdict that way, but if they do, why are they appealing such an impressive win?!
