anyone see 1.6M net income in the last quarter, anywhere in this 10-K?

Of course not. The 10-k covered the period thru 04/30/16 during which OMHE was VitaCig and only sold VitaCig products. The $1.6 million was reported for the first quarter of FY 2017 running thru 7/31/16 after Omni took over the VitaCig shell. Nobody reports their next quarter's numbers on the previous quarter's financials.

The $1.6 million net income was reported by Omni in their PR on November 21...
