Note they say "no company dilution" (as in, "the company is not selling shares into the market") and not "no dilution" (which would include dilution by lenders converting debt).

Reminds me of that PR in June where they said "no stock will be converted through new note holder debt conversions to dilute the stock for the next six months." They didn't say anything about the old, existing notes though. Those 6 months are up too by the way.

Just semantics? Maybe. Or maybe it's clever wording designed to lead to misinterpretation. Hmmm...
