Don't necessarily equate high volume with big gains. We will attract day traders and there will be significant profit taking from the private placement owners that got in below a dime. But all of that is healthy liquidity. Few people hang on to OTC stocks for the long run (even special cases lie BBTH). Keep in mind that when a stock traded high volume and isn't too volatile that is when institutions get interested. They need to buy $millions and sell $millions of shares without having a major impact on the price.
