People need to realize there is a difference between Labor Smart the branch and Labor Smart (LTNC) the company. The name may be there, even the branch may be there. But there is no proof that LTNC owns a single branch of Labor Smart. Feel free to call each branch if you don't believe it. Also look at company filings from TSGL and AFPW who both filed reports that they acquired Labor Smart branches.
Schadel has recently tweeted that since the sales are public records he doesn't have to report anything to the shareholder.
