So they can use the indictments to their favor when convienent, but ignore them when they aren't?

Or "yeah, they broke the law and are responsible for one of the biggest frauds in US history, but that doesn't mean the EC gets to assume they did anything wrong here!!!"...

Either they broke the law or they didn't. I wouldn't expect them to come out and admit that they did. Until proven otherwise, I'm going to be cautious and not accept the testimony of the lawyers representing the guys who were about to flee the country. Those same lawyers said they look forward to proving their clients were 100% innocent (even in light of the wiretapped fleeing conversations).
