thanks LG for that link, and it is clear re: shared 75% and 25% pro rata

BUT, at one time it was posted many times that the new company WMIH was to get 2.5% out of that 25% to common equity interest. I see no reference to that anymore so would you agree NO 2.5% to WMIH?
