It went up and came back down again when it failed, good, it was a POS deal that was worth a couple pennies at most in the hype of it closing. Thankfully it didn't and there is something much bigger now I believe, that's why it's up AGAIN on current filings and updated share structure.
The ticker isn't garbage, it's clean and for sale, with a a decent share structure, watch what happens.
