Utter nonsense. A settlement between DOJ and DB has only to do with DB. No one else (FDIC, JPM, WMI) is involved.
In the DB/FDIC/JPM settlement requiring approval from CA judge, DB is just a trustee -- it is getting money that will be distributed Blackrock/PIMCO etc.
Anyone who sees connection between the above cases doesn't know what they are talking about.
