CDEL is the 2nd, if not the most active market maker in the markets now, next to NITE. Every penny stock I follow has them on the best Bid and best Ask.
Because they are on the Ask, does not mean we have to wait "weeks" for this to move... they were on the best Ask at the very lows as well and will still be active on the best Ask when this is higher, considering most brokerage firms route through them on some or all of their orders.
You are reading too much into them... and if you are expecting them to disappear before this moves, you'll be waiting a lifetime.
