I personally don't care what CG did or didn't do. I'm speaking of this company's (TAUG) current state. The cry me a river stage left a while ago but apparently some forgot to hop off. Time to recognize the current position they are in.
There is no shareholder value here. It's strictly a litigation play that is 1-2 years out. No money, no product and no revenue. TAUG will be diluting and agreeing to bad financing terms, they have no choice. The only hope for anything positive is a long ways out, meanwhile, the PR machine continues to no avail and the SP keeps dropping. It's not good, how they got here doesn't concern me, the fact is, they are here and shareholders will be the ones paying the ultimate price.
Again, tell me what I've stated that is incorrect.
