They will only be listed if the square box is checked off next to the title:

Include Inactive Officers

If that is done, then the officer Status supplied will read "Historical" on old officers or "Active" on current officers.

The 10m shares listed, I believe, are series a shares and the other are the available shares. The otc site has not been updated and probably will not be updated until after more paperwork is filed with SEC.

Yes - shows 207,000,000.00. Should have also shown under Amendments but don't see that yet.

Even though they have a majority of voting stock to effect a reverse split they still have to notify us with a form 14 ! RS can not happen with out our being notified in advance of a specific date with enough time which allows share holders to divest themselves if they do not want to hold through the RS process!
