majestik, You hit the nail on the head regarding the communication being the problem with customer service and not the issues so much. They solve the problems, but sometimes the responder puts you on guard with how the word a response to your problem. They have served me well, but I know to be forthright with my issue and not let up untill it is taken care of. Love the service. Since getting to Dallas the service has been excellent.
