Everyone seems happy. They are getting new releases within 24 hours. Impatient bunch but GNF seems to keep up with demand.
They also seem satisfied with the the purchased price of games.
The only bad thing I see is that GNF needs to work on customer service. Some are very upset over this.
It is more "lack of communication" than the actual issue.
I noticed that people who use gamefly on the east coast are switching to GNF because of the shipping time. There are a lot of gamefly diehards on the west coast but are noticing the difference of price in GNF favor as well as being able to rent movies.
I hope they are ready for late fall and winter period with PS3 and Wii demand. These gamers are pretty demanding.
Didn't know console gaming was such a big deal.
Word of mouth spreads pretty fast in the gaming community.
