That lawsuit has been litigated between Ken and the Transfer agent...and we know Ken won. It really has no bearing on anything.

More importantly, Investors should go directly to the Douglas County tax assessor website to find the real estate documents for the properties in Nevada, they can go to the Hawaii website to view the documents pertaining to the property in Hawaii, and they can go to the El Dorado tax assessor website to see the documents related to MYEC owning real estate the CEO denied existed.

Investors can go to the El Dorado Hills County Sheriff's website to see the multiple DUI arrests of Ed that took place just this year

Investors can go to the OTC trading page to see the Stop sign

Investors can go to EDGAR to see financials have not been filed for a year and the company lost over $5,000,000 for the last year they were filled.

Investors can go to the company FB page to see the CEO admit cash flow is so poor they cannot pay their accounting bills.

Investors can go to the US patent office website to see the patent has expired.

Investors can go to the MJ-Pay website to see there is no operating application that was promised years ago
