Investors can go to the El Dorado Hills County Sheriff's website to see the multiple DUI arrests of Ed that took place just this year
Investors can go to the OTC trading page to see the Stop sign
Investors can go to EDGAR to see financials have not been filed for a year and the company lost over $5,000,000 for the last year they were filled.
Investors can go to the company FB page to see the CEO admit cash flow is so poor they cannot pay their accounting bills.
Investors can go to the US patent office website to see the patent has expired.
Investors can go to the MJ-Pay website to see there is no operating application that was promised years ago
Investors can try to find anyone on earth using the Myec app, but will not find anyone
Investors can browse past PRs about all of the new customers that never materialized
Investors can see the judgements against the company in the SEC fillings and other available court documents
Investors can see MYEC was unable to pay their legal bills by going to the Sacramento Superior Court website.

You won't find evidence of a MYEC product in actual use
You will not find any button on any website that says "pay using MYEC"
You will not find any business dealings of Sierra Global
You will not find any proof Matt Hansen exists as Sierra Global's owner/CEO
You will not find MYEC being used by VXGateway, monthly filter club, Dad's roast coffee, Sionic mobile...but you will find the CEO said the company was weeks away from all of these being active
You will not find any actual sales/business conducted by Myec
