I'm not sure how I can spell it out any more clearly.
I keep forgetting that IFHR was a Ray Barton ticker too.
Obviously, just like Barton's other ticker EEGI, HIRU is now teasing future business operations in the Cannabis industry with their coming soon website
MDIN looks like its pretty much sucked dry at this point so I have a feeling that Barton may shuffle some of his alleged cannabis related products from MDIN to HIRU.
The error in the first HIRU attorney letter (saying Wyoming instead of Georgie for the state that HIRU is domiciled) is most easily explained by assuming that Barton's attorney, Kaleem Sikandar, used the template from the last MDIN attorney letter he submitted and forgot to change the state of Wyoming to the state of Georgia
Well they didn't actually sell any cannabis products, but what they did have was a license agreement with Kush Creams for Kush Creams to use the "Snorenz" name and formula to create a similar sleep aid product containing THC. MDIN would have nothing to do with the production or sale of the product, but would receive a royalty for any of the product sold.
All of the assets from fellow Ray Barton ticker ANAS were transferred to MDIN in late 2015 (presumably because ANAS was unable to trade any more for some regulatory reason)
One of those alleged products was a shot energy drink called "5 Hour High" that ANAS was supposedly working on with the help of, surprise, surprise, Kush Creams.
I could find no evidence that ANAS ever completed the production of 5 Hour High or that 5 Hour High ever hit the market. When MDIN announced the acquisition of the ANAS assets they simply called 5 Hour High a pending trademark name designed to be a medical marijuana liquid beverage for sale in those states where it is legal.
