Why has wave not updated it's website?? No future trade shows??

Makes me wonder if Wave is soon to be bought out.....

Snackman: Many moons ago, I asked Peter if he saw Wave stock splitting or paying dividends, and he said splitting has no tax consequences for shareholders, and he would prefer that to dividends.

Specifically, to your question--IMO, it would be foolish to split now, because of the chance of a sudden downdraft due to circumstances beyond our control--say another 9/11 attack (God forbid) could take us below Nasdaq requirements. The Naz has been quite lenient on us, IMO and I would not want to push it.

On the other hand, I would enjoy holding twice as many shares, or more even. It is fun to speculate on splits, but that IMO, is counting unhatched chickens--not unlike buying on margin.

Snackman, not a chance. The price should appreciate first to
a point when the split makes sense.. We just moved out of danger to receive delisting notice from NASDAQ, thanks god!!!
The float was turned several times since Th. announcement,
and if not profit taling, WAVE could end up above $7 already...Next year this time the split might be on agenda...

To "snackman"...I do not understand why any wavoid would want to claim the "real" Snackman's WAVX board identity. Whether you realize it or not, your use of the "snackman" handle is misleading to the posters and lurkers who don't know the difference. I think you would perform a real service to the Investors Hub WAVX community if you would yield the "snackman" handle back to the real Snackman.

In my opinion, no single wavoid has done more to lead the WAVX community through thick and thin on our voyage to ultimate success. WAVX and Snackman are synonymous. I appeal to you...please give up the name so the real Snackman can continue to use it.

it's fraudulent to post under a handle that someone else has used exclusively for years, especially when you are attempting to confuse the audience by virtue of the swiped ID.

if this isn't already a TOS violation, matt & his buddies should definitely consider amending the iHub policies.
