Yup! Shares are pretty much worthless...

No filings in 20 months and the company is facing delisting!

2 R/S's in recent years and 200X dilution in the last year!

Their earnings were not reported in the US for 2016, but they did file overseas...

$41k in sales and still losing a ton of money!

Stylar (owns Digital Clarity) is their only earnings generator and DBMM only own 50 - 75% of it!
