Excellent, I have seen selling pressure after a raise below the pps just like this w/o any ATM. Also the approval came early, perhaps the company made a wise decision putting out the 8-k when they did.

In the old days we used to call the transfer agent for share structure to get up to date info, is VCELs transfer agent gagged?

Then we could find out the status on the ATM prior to the 10-K

I hope to add some shares to my holdings soon and don't mind adding on an uptrend.

AKAO was $5 a share and did an offering at $13.50, was it cause they had the blessings of the BAKER BROTHERS? now its up round $18 PER SHARE, Similar share structure, similar revenues.

ALL IN A MONTH, why didn't piper do our offering at $6 with the first FDA stem cell approval?

Wonder why they didn't cancel the ATM and roll it all into one?

Looking at AKAO, I wonder if VCEL and advisors thought it out well.
