I think it is OBVIOUS thst Cowen is issuing shares ATM at the direction of VCEL.

There is clear manipulation via false bids to keep sp from dropping too much since no one would want to buy seeing the dilution.

The bidders melt away near EOD without filling and then the sp drops 5-10 cents.

It's been 3-4 solid week of this.

Very disappointing to say the least, since imho - with FDA approval in a market with no competition for 3-5 years - this should be trading between $10-20 with only 30 million shares outstanding.

I really think VCEL Management botched this up big time but not ready yet to move on.

It would be nice to have enthusiaasm for a while instead of dread to see how much sp isn gonna drop every day.

And man do I hate this 5 cent bid/ask spread. Seems like the only ones benefiting are Cowen and the mm's who can trade at any price in between.
