The outstanding shares have dropped and the float increased by 4+mm. What else would explain that??

Any anytime a stock sits silent for Years, then has a sudden rush of volume and it's ALL downside like this has been, it means whoever his insiders are holding the millions of shares, know something and are dumping. As for me, in down to my last 80-100k and will likely kick it in a month or 2.. You'll be happy to know I dumped most of mine a month or so ago for the free Tax writeoff ..
