I'm sure the 4m where added back when ENCC was having money problems when the software development exceeded cost expectations.(remember the skull and crossbones symbol on OTC) also I'm pretty sure some went to the new hire as I doubt that he is working for free. that is unless he is working for future gains? believe me he has enough money from the sale of the last company they sold to lab corp. he has a reputation of bringing companies around and I don't believe that he would be involved in any thing that would tarnish that. R.S. has a plan to do just that build the business, increase cash flow and eventually sell the unit off as a whole to a bigger corporation. This will make everyone involve for the long haul extremely well off. Yes its Gamble and Yes it might fail but i'm willing to risk it. that is why I have stuck around so long. remember this is a pink and very few every become anything but I still believe we have a gem here boys.
