This man is every negative thing people said about him. Very disappointed that I believed in the "plan". Nothing has ever come to fruition. He has tanked every company he has ever touched. Now he is promising dividends again in his new tank company. EXAD, shareholders, which I am one, will experience the same pain we have experienced with BCAP, WOGI, RIGH and TGGI.
