God blessed Oscar as he had a wonderful wife who loved him when he was

alive and still loves him now. He was blessed. Spend the heck out of

the money, do everything you always wanted to do. It may be hard with

him not by your side but I would bet he would say splurge enjoy what

you have and I will be waiting for you.
