No sense of urgency on the audit

It will be two weeks tomorrow since you posted the comment about the audit taking "a few extra days".

Eco's financial are with Enterprises CPAs. I spent the last two weeks out in Portland and I'm comfortable to where if the audit takes a few extra days, I'm not going to push the possible agreement violation.

I'm not sensing any urgency on the part of LIBE to complete this acquisition.

LIBE's 1Q/17 10-Q is due next week

It's been nearly a month since you wrote that you would be okay with the audited Ecocab financials being a couple of days late.

How do you feel now, since they're a month overdue?

I know that I'd be concerned if I were holding 11% of the company stock as you are, per the sales agreement.

Will this info be in the 10-Q filing due next week that is supposed to cover LIBE's first fiscal quarter than ended on Dec 31, 2016?

Or will you file a NT 10-Q as usual, and delay for another five days?
