Does the SEC send "warnings"?

I disagree, there will not be any filings for CDNL. For KJ to somehow magically catch up for 470 days of non-disclosure, plus restatements on previously messed up filings.......very expensive, and very unlikely.

Not to mention that it would expose the skeletons in KJ's closets. There are reasons that KJ stopped filing, in the midst of that failed China deal.
