Maybe Ed "The Realtor" Starrs can flow the proceeds of the 2 properties through Sierra Global and Sierra can buy another licence of some sort from MYEC for $2.3 million.

MYEC - Apparently there's a lawsuit in Israel vs Seergate. Liquidation supppsedly starts Tuesday which would mean the end of UBA deal.
