THE JUDGE DECLARED THESE SHARES NULL AND VOID. DONT EXIST ANYMORE.

The judge has ruled that approximately 2.25B outstanding shares of SNMN can now be rendered void and null.

Correct me if I am wrong but the way I understand it the stock will be null and void and it will be returned to SNM.

So there is no stipulation on the court documents that those voided stocks will be deducted from the AS or OS. It only meant to say that the transfer of ownership of those stocks is not legally authorized by SNM and should be returned back to them.

This is my only opinion to what I read. Thanks
