Definition of null and void having no force, binding power, or validity
When Troy submits the paperwork to the stock transfer agent...these "null & void" (previously issued) stock certificates will go thru a cancellation process & be formally taken out of SNMN's outstanding share tally...leaving a balance of apprx 700 million shares issued & outstanding for the company. It has taken many long months to accomplish this task & those of us that have been here since last Jan/Feb could not be happier. Now, the fun begins.
