I see you have done your MVTG home work, and you are 100% right on all that. Explains much and why MVTG is not a scam.

Interesting trade change today, not sure I have ever seen this, 39 trades today, average volume is $185/trade, lots of new buyers getting in and no sign of major volume trade dilution at all. Looks like Old Main is not planning to convert and sell shares any time soon or at prices this low.

We could see a run up back to the 20 to 30 cent range before any new shares get printed this quarter....
