Sure, Millstone. But what I cannot accept is when this "on the more conservative end" becomes "deal is in place," "he has the cash," " grants will cover the three trials," etc. The guy in Forbes--a seasoned Biotech analyst-is just stating what he has experienced, and, I would have thought, anyone who has invested, even once, in biotech would also have seen. How many times you have seen this in biotech? a CEO in a CC or interview stating that they have enough cash to last for x number of quarters, and retail says the coast is clear, and then, voilà, a Friday AH secondary pr hits the wires. That's okay, that's part of the game, money has to come from somewhere. But it doesn't come from wishful thinking. And Anavex is not different from any other developmental-stage biotech.
