Remember what happened when the FDA announced on 10/13/2015 that the reclassification to Class II was complete? It spiked at .0024 that day and dropped to somewhere around .0017.

The next day BIEL released their PR and the price fell to .001

And today the O/S is about 7 billion shares higher.


So yes, it might reach .0018 in the first two minutes, but that will still be the high of the day, and it will probably close around .001 -- in fact, probably close at .0005

and the PPS will be back at .0003 within a week.
