They can look at the software vendor DD vetting process set forth by the FFIEC and see that sfor will not pass a vendor DD vetting. For all the reasons I stated yesterday and that you already know.

You actually implied yesterday that the POTUS would ignore the vetting process. How exactly could the troops get the best software available if the process by which software is chosen and vetted is ignored?
