Doesn't one form name the mother company and one name one of their funds? In which case it would appear one filing is for the fund (which happens to hold greater than 10% or 18M shares) and the other filing is for the mother company to include all votable shares controlled by NW. Has to be confirmed but to me it does not appear to be a purchase (yet) by Woodford.
