No doubt you're probably right... the humongus short position here just decimates this puppy every Q and while the others (Kohl', Macy's & etc.,) are now in a full-court press "fix" their deficiencies, JCP did that 2-3 years ago. JCP is the only retailer to maintain guidance for 2017! sheesh...
