If you are talking about the DRNK/Mersky fake acquisitions - my research and DD has been on point.

Mersky acquired Media360 from business associate Reid Johnson for the ridiculous amount of stock - 54 Billion shares. Don't forget that Reid Johnson has been permanently barred by the SEC.
