Which is irrelevant to the appeal, from what i heard. And that is why I think the moot argument will fail.

The MAXD lawyer sure seemed to have a grudge against Nash. He basically complained in exactly the same way some posters do, and made exactly the same repetitive repetitive repetitive arguments.

I think the so-called "insider information" that sometimes get posted is coming from that lawyer or someone that lawyer is feeding info to.
