The list of OTC pot wannabe companies is growing (ha!) daily.
HIRU and FTPM should be added to the pot promo list.

I am familar with the sector and believe California requires residency. This makes no sense a company with zero assets and ten million dollars in liablities can purchase a Marijuana cultivator with stock.........when no licenses will be issued till 2018...

And lets not forget this purchase is for a Not for profit company .
