"But yes, the toxic lenders have been my fear since day 1" LMAO from .0001 to .019 and you're still worried ?

LMAO Thats why some of us make money and some of us don't, its obvious they are control selling so the price can go into pennies, the only reason why it dipped so much is because those that had millions of shares from .000's sold some to recoup their initial investment and maybe buy a new.

Maybe if you don't let the next wave slip you by you to can buy a new car.

normal business, things change and would require a filing if it happened.. building a brand with a celebrity face heading it, tons of free publicity, already selling out in stores in 12 states and adding 18 more states for distribution in february, highly doubt that will be an issue ..

So the toxic lenders can start selling shares tomorrow if we are current? Still at this price it is not many shares overall compared to the float.

Southridge is a toxic lender.

Not just toxic, but really sketchy. I would compare dealing dealing with Southridge to making deals with Satan, but Satan is probably more trustworthy than Southridge.

Additionally Management is pleased to announce that Iconic has reached an agreement with its existing note holders, whereby terms of conversion have been renegotiated to not less than $.0015 and whereby no more than $20,000 USD can be sold in any single month without prior written approval from Management.

Now why did Dick insert that last sentence?

Well, as far as I can tell, Southridge has so much control over this situation, Stephen Hicks might as well have marionette strings tied to Richard.

Basically, it gives them an "out" to dump as much as they want, when they want. Like now...

You know what else I haven't seen? The famous A/S reduction. Still looking at up to 2.5 billion and a 2.5-1 dilution!
