they have repeatedly embellished, over-shot, over-expected, obfuscated & disclosed only when required by law AND after-the-fact.

how 'bout a late-in-the-Q projection of $19mil revs in a Q (about 2-3 years ago i might add), one that SKS had the chance to back off from when GROW inquired & instead chose to stick w/the forecast?!? was that "absolutely straightforward & honest" ?!?

was the FOUNDERS' SHARES grab for the cookie jar "absolutely straightforward & honest"?!?!?
