Don't you agree that it would be much less time consuming for you to occasionally answer questions on this board than to have each one of us contact you separately with questions? Especially since some wouldn't believe anything posted here unless it came directly from you anyway?
The reason that there's only a LOI to this point, is that I'm not going to tie my project to something that can't be financed. I'm hoping to see some investors moving on this, then I'll commit to a fully RE secured project with WNBD.
If WNBD has been running in the red for the past 10+ years Eric Lehner's been at the helm...and WNBD doesn't have any money according to their own publicly posted financials...and WNBD's sales of their own products have fallen off a cliff over the past 3 years...how is Eric Lehner proposing to fund any of your USBI project endeavors is the $64,000.00 question???
