I didn't realize I needed to spend my entire day on the board. I do have a business to run.

To answer you time question. I did say that I met him in May. I didn't say we entered into discussions about WNBD working together on day 1. We didn't enter into any serious discussions until the last couple months.

The reason that there's only a LOI to this point, is that I'm not going to tie my project to something that can't be financed. I'm hoping to see some investors moving on this, then I'll commit to a fully RE secured project with WNBD.

As I said in my original post, which I tried to lay out as much information as possible in, he would be involved in the project I have with Hy-power and Carter. We haven't finalized the specifics of the agreement yet.

If you want to call out my honor, make sure you know who you're talking about. If you check my site, you'll see that I'm a verified VOSB with the VA. They don't just hand that certification out. I earned it in more ways than one.
