I would greatly appreciate it if someone would tell me if I am I reading this ICNB Disclosure Statement correctly.

Based on what you posted, it certainly looks to me as if you are reading it correctly. But since ICNB is not an SEC registrant, you can't really trust anything they pay to disclose on the OTCMarket's website. Chances are the claim of them controlling 51% of the Company from now on is correct, but I wouldn't trust anything they pay to post as completely factual, since most of what is found on the OTCMarket's website isn't.
