If you sign a confidential agreement with MSFT and I keep asking you about the confidential agreement/deal what would you do? Would you give me all fine details? My point is why would Mark reveal the details to anyone if he is under confidential agreement?

As per 8K , he can reveal the details only under certain circumstances.
