I think its poor timing to buy at 4 dollars

The place to buy was at the pivot lows from a few weeks ago.
3.11/3.31/3.52/3.81/3.88

But I understand that the short players need folks to buy and they come in at the critical time, to pump up the greedy feeling, getting sheeple to buy at the wrong time, so the short attack game can be played.

Maybe 4 dollars will hold and we can see the next 1 dollar move.
but for me, this 4 dollar zone is a neutral zone. The lower steps were the place to buy.
